Our Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At The Body Alignment Coach, we value your time and ours. A well-managed schedule allows us to provide the best care for every client and ensures that our services are accessible to those who need them. Our policies are designed to promote mutual respect and accountability while keeping things running smoothly for everyone.
Cancellation Policy
When you book an appointment, that time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) will be charged the full session fee.
Changes to appointment times must also be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Life happens! We understand! If you need to reach out, feel free to contact us by phone, text, or email. If we can’t pick up your call right away, leaving a message will count as notice.
No-Show Policy
Missing an appointment without letting us know takes a valuable spot away from someone else who may really need it.
Clients who do not show up without any notice will be charged the full fee for the missed session.
Future bookings may not be accepted until any outstanding fees are paid.
Please aim to arrive on time, and if something comes up, let us know as soon as possible. It helps us keep things fair and respectful for everyone.
